I tested the current output in Linux to make sure that it is not one of those usb type c cables that will fry my usb ports and it passes the test. Also I like the length. The transfer speed also passes my test and I can confirm it does transfer at throughputs of USB 2.0. The build quality is good. It is a USB C cable. It does the job well. I recommend it. It is popular for a reason. I wish I can test some of their other products as well but my budget does not allow for it, yet.
